My main goal was to increase the efficiency and quality of the content moderation department. I led the development of an internal product - an administrative panel for moderators, and successfully implemented new features into it.My KPIs:• Moderator work speed (number of materials checked by the department).• Proportion of errors made during content review.My achievements:• The average moderator work speed increased by 2-2.5 times.• The average proportion of correct decisions increased from 75% to 95%.Other responsibilities:• Analytics. Assigning tasks to analysts for creating new dashboards required by the department. Monitoring the metrics of moderators, bloggers, and themes. Identifying problems, trends, and developing strategies to improve metrics.• Distributing content to users through pushes, mailings, and special themed blocks.
