New SW feature testing, HW and SW modifications, customer's cases handling.

As a part of the DevOps team, I worked on a project for one of the leading pharmaceuticals company. Our primary goal was to set high available, scalable, and reliable infrastructure to continuously deliver SW products to the customers.The stack of the tools we used included but not limited to Bitbucket Git, Jenkins, Chef, AWS CloudFrmation, Docker, Nginx, etc.I also prepared and provided a learning course for the company's interns "AWS and its main services".Achievements: I prepared and completed the migration of some client's applications from on-premises HW to AWS with zero outage time. I prepared from scratch a learning course for the company's interns and got good feedback from the students after the end of the course. For the last 6 months in the company, I provided the course twice for different groups of interns.

- creation of test configurations in different cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure);- reproduction of the customer's use-cases using different tools- installation and configuration of virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox);- daily meetings with the clients, building strong and good relationships;- work with new and existent clients (technical problems investigation and resolving);- the assistance of inside sales representatives on different stages of the deal (pre-sales and post-sales activities);
