About Ilya Plotkin

Aside from coding everything up - content search and import, Mixamo animations authorizing, creating new anims with the help of Cinemachine and usage of IK, camera and scene adjustments, VFX and UI.I also made autotests for use-cases using Unity Test Framework + Fluent Assertions.This work requires the most broad expertise so far. Literally everything should be brought together following the guidelines which are being established on the fly as our team tries different approaches on the problems we encounter.

As a developer I did work on several projects here:1) AR mobile game prototype development. We've had some basic functionality done but the project was cancelled unfortunately.2) Mobile naval team-deathmatch. "King of Sails". https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azurgames.sailships&hl=en&gl=USI did full project migration to UniRX (Reactive architecture) and back, fixed issues with the Photon net engine, integrated metrics and ads. Also I've integrated the Wwise sound engine and helped our Sound Engineer with adjustment of the sound scene in the project. My main responsibility was UI but there were many other changes in the project. Some include close work with game designers. Some others were performance issues and plain weird platform-specific bugs.3) Idle-clicker-tycoon, with aesthetics highly reminiscent of good old Theme Hospital, but with the mechanics of a modern mobile idle game. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=idle.theme.hospitalThis time I was on the team from the start of the production phase, so there was nothing to repair. Instead I've built it from the ground up, from the content DB to game mechanics, so I hopped from one part to another. We widely used Zenject as a DI container there. So my job was mostly research and refactor of the original game to bring it to the standards of our studio. And also provide a way to improve and expand the original game. Same as with all other projects - it required integration with metrics and advertisement engines, but also a lot of fixes and even making some new mechanics.
