My team become the much experienced and fully competency in our part of process.- Arranged of creation of standard materials library in SAP for design process improvements. It allowed to decrease processing time for standard pumpset from 3 hours to 1 hour in SAP.- Transferred designers to TC/NX after getting access according with global rules.- Prepared TC/NX training plan for each engineer.- Implemented an IT-system based on MS Planner for: task assignment, task completion control, task timing, weekly report for management, weekly plan for project planning. Capacity of design team become transparency for all Russian business unit.- Arranged efficiency working process for key preliminary and executed projects.- Implemented communication bridge between sales team and design team- Developed action plans after Peacon surveys. I supported projects on preliminary stage: choosing/creation of general assembly pre-drawings for pump units and cyclone clusters, ancillaries equipment choosing for preparing of commercial parts of proposals.I executed engineering parts of signed Contract: detailed design of metalworks, drive calculations for procure, problem solving with Suppliers and Contractors, quality inspections on site.Key achievements:Opened of the first Russian assembly hub in Safonovo (Smolensk region): SOP preparing, trainings for service employees, quality controlCreated and administrated an internal library of design documents (drawings, instructions, design guides and etc.) for Russian market.
