Ilya Shaubert is an IT-specialist with an extensive background in sales and teaching. Ilya started working at the International STEP computer academy as a Game Development teacher at the age of 17 and after two years he got promoted to Head of the Junior Computer Academy. For 3 years of working at STEP academy Ilya got experience of teaching, public speach, game development, sales and management.After STEP academy Ilya worked at "Somnium" company as a Unity 3D developer and after 6 month as a Project Manager of project "Sirius" for automation processes of educational institutions where he got an extensive experience in analytics and project management.Using his experience and knowledge in the field of education and management, Ilya created an e-sports academy to teach children e-sports. After 6 months of work, about 100 students were trained at the academy, two professional trainers were hired, own team to participate in tournaments was assembled and also a potential investor was attracted with investments worth $ 50,000 for bussiness growth.But later Ilya decided to return to IT sector. He handed e-sports academy to his partners and started to work at Sailet company as project manager. Now Ilya is a Partner and a Head of the Sales Department of Sailet company.
