The Koala Intelligence Agency NFT (KIA) is a collection consisting of 10,000 Koala Agent NFTs: cartoon drawings of koalas. Responsibilities included:Managing an international team of social media coordinators, writers, artists, animators, project collaborators, and subcontractors.Facilitating partnerships and collaborations with both emerging and Bluechip NFT projects.Implementing a community growth and retention strategy through regular outreach initiatives and community events.Coordinating two substantial donations, totaling over $100,000, to the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital near Gold Coast, Australia, in collaboration with Timmy Trumpet, an internationally renowned music producer and a valued member of KIA's community. The aim was to support the hospital's critical work in caring for and rehabilitating koalas.

As part of my role, I coordinated social media outreach efforts across multiple channels, including a Twitter account with over 30,000 followers and a Discord server with over 20,000 members.My responsibilities included:Conceptualizing and executing social media marketing campaigns for each project timeline item.Coordinating and organizing all Twitter Spaces and Discord Stages events for community outreach, project updates, and announcements.Discord server management and moderation.
