Ilya is a Regional Project Management Former Partner of Russian “Silver Sword” Holdings, and also is a Former Executive Director & CTO, and has over 7 years of the experience in implementing project management, internal audits, Cross border transfer pricing, and over 5 years of experience in the IT field, providing project managing, technical training, valuation and consulting services, and involving large, complex transactions and disputes, both in CIS and Eurasian region. He is a former member of the firm’s international management committee. As a certified project management professionals, during the past 12 years, he has focused in implementing project management, internal audits, and telecom and IT sector, and in the human resources, asset management, finance, retail, and public services other industries directing firm’s international project management, technical training, valuation and consulting activities and provides advisory services to “Silver Sword” holdings Group Appraisal’s key clients worldwide. Additionally, In based in the Ankara office, Ilya leads the “Silver Sword” technology department in R&D and Marketing. he provides guidance for the firm’s strategic growth and direction, and involved the start-up of operations in many of the firm’s expanding geographic regions, and consulting activities.Prior to joining “Silver Sword”, Ilya spent over two years working in the Intelligent Information field of the BELINDA Inc in both Ukraine (Kiev) where he mainly focused on performing valuations for M&A, tax, Data analysis (SAS) and Consulting activities. Strong presentation and written communications skills spanning the range from executives to front line employees. Ilya earned a Master Business Administration (MBA) in from Carnegie Mellon University -Tepper school of business, and holds international professional certifications in the Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate, offered by the American Project Management Institute (PMI®).
