At MTS team I was responsible for the design of two streams:— B2B products communication design;— MTS Travel product design.Main goal of our team was to choose the products we will consider, test them and do communication & promote them. For 1.5 years we has (re)launched 15+ digital products (Cloud, AI, telco) which were made for our business clients (small, medium & enterprise).I also worked on the product design of a new startup within company MTS Travel. My task was to design the main scenario: searching for and buying air tickets and booking hotels around the world. The challenge was to strike a balance between business interests, positive UX, and limitations of the project partner's frontend and backend architecture without disrupting the tight launch schedule. The team and I brought the project to release without violating the deadlines and with the implementation of critical features.

At different stages, I worked in the product design team of Moscow IT Department on the web and mobile apps of the Electronic Diary, Electronic Journal, internal services of educators with an audience of >2 000 000 Moscow residents. I was responsible for designing the scenarios for review and assessment, review of homework and extracurricular activities, journaling, database completion and documentation. After redesigning the diary and journal, an independent UX study (2020) confirmed that we are on the right track with a 40% increase in positive feedback from students, parents and teachers compared to the previous version.
