Ticketing system with access control for amusement parks startup. The first product version was introduced after 10 months of development. My role was to recruit the team, to train the team, to architect the design and to invent the product. In three years we’v taken 70% of amusement parks market (greenfield installations and migrating from concurrent products to ours).

Ski Resort Ticketing System (I’v participated as developer, architect and later as manager with product owner options) is the leading one on the Russian market. We’v introduced about 200 releases per 10 years (each one release do have smooth migration from any version till the latest one). Product has more than 10 modules, implementing different business cases, in general not only for ski resorts, but also for aqua parks and amusement parks. We’v integrated wide range access control solution from different vendors (including Axess AG and Gantner). On other products I’v mostly acted as manager, sometime helping my teams with architecture and performance optimization. As manager I’v introduced agile software development management and continues integration process. But real thing I’m proud of is minimal stuff turnover (on an average 1 person per two years).
