𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:▫️ Lead 2 project teams (20+ employees at Atlantis Odyssey and 15+ employees at Klondike Adventures): GD, DEV, QA, including interaction with cross-functional teams to deliver app updates on time (Art, UI/UX, VFX, analytics, community&support, monetization, marketing, legal).▫️ Manage product backlog and sprint backlogs by utilizing project management tools (Jira, YouTrack, Asana) and Agile methodologies, providing and overseeing workload across projects jointly with department heads. Own release plans, schedules and estimates, ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones.▫️ Support the full software lifecycle with deep engagement in diverse project parts, covering feature development, integrations, bugfixing, A/B testing and monetization. ▫️ Handle people management within the managed project teams (facilitation, 1x1 meetings, performance review, retention, time off, recruitment, teambuilding, office requests, resolving communication issues). ▫️ Contribute to the quick troubleshooting of arising issues, monitoring constantly product metrics and user crashes. Provide release management activities, taking responsibility for content releases.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:▫️ Handle day-to-day a portfolio of 20+ brands with 150+ SKU on multiple Amazon accounts: listing and content management, PPC advertising, resolving issues with Amazon support, account balance and stock control. ▫️ Manage a Blockchain&NFT project: market and competitor research, product concept and website development, marketing strategy implementation, leading a team of 10+ people, keeping documentation up-to-date, financial control.▫️ Launch a new American beauty brand from scratch: full cycle of product development from market analysis to MVP launch, developing SMM, website, and sales funnel, sourcing productions and international logistics with quality assurance control, idea generation and A/B testing, leading a team of 25+ people (R&D, logistics, content, sales), project budget control. ▫️ Liaise with key stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, budget and objectives throughout the project timeline. Coordination of resource utilization across projects with departments heads in alignment for resource planning and development. ▫️ Lead people management within the delivered projects alongside the HR department: recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:1.) 2 projects (”CryptoSavages” and “Maree”) were launched from the very beginning in less than 6 months. 2.) Achieved with the “Maree” project ROI 300% when competitors do 100% for the same period of time.3.) Developed a successful workflow to get positive product reviews on Amazon via SMM on a low budget, accumulating reviews 500% faster than the market average.
