Coordination of resource utilization across projects with departments heads in alignment for resource planning and development. ▫️ Lead people management within the delivered projects alongside the HR department: recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:1.) 2 projects (”CryptoSavages” and “Maree”) were launched from the very beginning in less than 6 months. 2.) Achieved with the “Maree” project ROI 300% when competitors do 100% for the same period of time.3.) Developed a successful workflow to get positive product reviews on Amazon via SMM on a low budget, accumulating reviews 500% faster than the market average.
