Co-founded Strivven Media LLC, an Education Technology company specializing in designing and developing hi-tech Career Exploration and Career Planning tools for students and job seekers.Responsible for all hardware, software and operations of the company. Our flagship product: www.virtualjobshadow.com is an interactive career exploration website is currently being used by 100s of schools, community colleges and universities across the country.

Team Leader and Developer on numerous projects including the following: Content Management System used by for local cites and municipalities, online Customer Relationship Management system to track and administer citizen’s requests to the city, Tactical Crime Information System to allow local police agencies to share daily information and facilitate collaboration, build a custom front-end and backup office with reporting tools using libraries and ActiveX controls for Automatic License Plate Recognition application. Developed several online applications utilizing ESRI’s ArcGIS tools and technologies for spatial query, routing, city boundaries, resource management, crime analysis and geo-policing. Technologies included .NET, ASP, XML, WebServices, VB, SQL Server, Access, JavaScript, various ESRI GIS tools.

Member of the web development and e-commerce team. Designed and developed Electronic Software Download application which allows customers, upon successful real time credit card authorization, to download and digitally unlock software products directly from BUY.COM’s website. Developed applications for billing, credit card authorization and purchase, redemption and back office support for buy.com gift certificates, using .NET, ASP, XML, VB, SQL 2000, JavaScript. Worked as a project lead on the internal Customer Support and Order Manager applications.

Designed and implemented all of the software applications and systems for this Internet start-up. Built video streaming services delivered to both the web and videoconferencing systems. Also responsible for the architecture and implementation of BroadScape, a fully automated, proprietary service that enables end users to create live webcasts from a videoconferencing system. Manage projects involving internal and third party teams. Built powerful online data-mining engine, and full-featured internal administration application for client and content management. Primary tools and languages: IIS4.0, VB 6.0, ADO 2.1, MSSQL 6.5, JavaScript, ASP, XML, InterDev, Access, and Microsoft Media Tools.

Started e-commerce consulting company. Developed online parts catalogue and search engine for MicroAge Los Angeles. Developed online MicroAge store for USC faculty and students. Also involved with development of web-based hardware and peripherals store for JPL. Collaborated with M1 Software in design and development of Project Tracking and Reporting Intranet for the Getty Museum. Developed Application Wizard for the Baan Corporation for online business partner registration, using IIS 3.0, MS SQL Server 6.5, ASP, VBScript and ADO.

Developed client-server applications for Mortgage Backed Securities and High Yield Bond portfolio managers. Designed Portfolio Tracking and Trading Systems for Emerging Markets and a portfolio allocation system for traders, using VB 4.0, MS SQL Server 6.5 and MS Access. Built company Intranet, featuring employee time cards, employee handbook, Human Resources guidelines, and company telephone book.

Responsibilities included analysis, programming, testing, and technical support of Loan Origination and Processing System. Developed an EDI system for automated credit card report processing application, written in C. Team leader in technical support for more than 600 branches nationwide.
