In particular, I managed ILLA’s research and engineering center in St. Petersburg, Russia, defined business development strategy and dramatically improved relationship with clients, successfully negotiated number of licensing and cooperation agreements with largest petrochemical companies, managed timely execution of Basic Engineering Package at ILLA’s engineering department followed by successful acceptance by the clients, supervised revamp projects and startup activities at phenol/acetone production sites.The total phenol capacity based on ILLA's technologies is over 3,300,000 tons of phenol per year - about 30% of the worldwide phenol production. ILLA International has been successful in implementing its own technologies at the largest capacity plants, such as INEOS (Germany, Belgium, USA), SABIC (former General Electric (USA)), Mitsubishi Chemical (Japan), FCFC (Taiwan), and Borealis (Finland), medium capacity plants in Russia, and small capacity plants in Mexico and Russia.
