Responsible for providing technical support both over the telephone and at the deskside in a fast paced, multi-platform environments• Set up staff workstations with PCs, Macs, phones and laptops• Performed day to day break fix Mac and Windows support• Responsible for home visits to set up and troubleshoot any and all IT and multimedia needs• Utilize Active Directory to create user accounts and account provisioning/de-provisioning, modify and add group policies,manage computer settings, and pull reports• Dedicated support person clients’ Executive Team, handholding them with any and all software and hardware questions• Provided support and training for commonly used off the shelf and proprietary software applications• Responded to remote users working via VPN and troubleshoot connectivity and related conflicts• Configure and install new, upgrade or replacement computing systems, mobile devices, printers, VoIP Devices, telephonesystems, and other technology tools.• Support meeting-related data connectivity, including setup & support of Audio Visual (AV) systems including videoconference, audio conference, and presentation systems
