I was honoured to work as a hotel manager in one of the Kazakhstan lake resorts. Management staff main focus was on an ability to create a friendly and comfortable environment for their clients. My role was to look after the hotel itself and all the guests who were on their vacation. My responsibilities included:• Creation and management of hotel booking system• Meetings with travel agencies about hotel advertisement • Control of hotel staff and organisation of development plans • Meeting some important international guests from Russia, Azerbaijan, China and South Korea • Helping international clients who did not speak local languages• Organisation of trips to local tourist attraction (e.g. hunting trips) • Setting new entertainment agency within the hotel which included fishing, water sports and evening parties. • Managing hotel finance allocation and assisting accounting department

I was elected as a Head Captain of Edmonstone House. It was an amazing experience to work for the prosperity of the house which I loved so much. My responsibilities included:• Organisation and preparation of house assemblies• Weekly report and meetings with Housemaster • Meetings with house captains from other houses and discussion of events• Organisation of teams for inter-house competitions • Meetings and presentations for House Administration for the purpose of the House development • Organisation of support groups for house teams and motivation speeches • Great time spent with the house members

I was elected as a Sports Prefect of the school. I had always feel passion for sports, since my youngest age. I had played in many school teams since I joined the school (e.g. football team, volleyball team, basketball team and swimming team). Therefore I was interested to apply my sports knowledge for the development of sports within our school. As a result, I applied to be the Sports prefect of the school. My responsibilities included:• Organisation of sports events and teams for interschool’s competitions • Organisation of school sports trips (e.g. International Schools Football competition)• Meetings with other school prefects and discussions of issues • Meetings with school activities committee and arrangements for new sports in school (e.g. water polo) • Meetings with parents’ committee as part of the school prefects team
