I was hired in the P Officers Batch through competitive Exam and have gone through an extensive Training of 9 months at MCB Staff College. Started my carrier at the Corporate and later moved to Commercial Banking. I have served at MCB Bank Limited in almost all fields and levels.I have been Master Trainer for the Banking Software Called Symbols, selected as one of the two resources from Retail Banking and gone through a training /UAT for 3 months at MCB ITD Karachi by a Software developers team from Singapore. Was also awarded best resource Award by Insolito/ HR Analysts.Presented MCB Bank Limited on “AAJ TV” in the talk show “Live with Tallat” . Presently I am working at MCB Bank Limited as SVP/ Area Head Operations (Aug 2019 to Date), looking after 289 Branches of Business Area Islamabad. My JDs Include managing all the operational activities of these 3 Circles/ 10 Regions including Audit/ Cash management/ Compliance/ Service Quality/ Human Resource/ Cross Sell/ Infrastructure/ IT/ GSD/ Security and many more.Prior to this I have been SVP/ General Manager, Jehlum Circle (May 2016 to Sept 2019) Looking after 87 Branches of Jhelum Circle Spread over A.J.K. Province and Punjab. During this, I had the Privilege of winning nine foreign conventions, Have been awarded many certificates and distinctions in almost all the KPIs, have been an honorary Lecturer at staff college MCB and also Prime coordinator for MCB Bank at SBP for National Financial Literacy Program.From Oct 2011 to April 2016, I served as VP/ Regional Head, AJK, looking after 37 Branches of AJK spread over the entire province. I carried out a few sessions at Women Literacy and Economic Empowerment organized for The AJK Govt and have been recognized by AJK Senate.From Jul 2008 till Sept 2011 I have been VP/ RMOperations at Abbottabad and Islamabad Regions.I have been one of the two members Selected for and gone through 37th International Course for Commercial Bankers at NIBAF ISLAMABAD in collaboration with controlling banks of 25 different countries.I have been a part of an Exercise by World Bank in 2008 on SME Development through Public Private Partnerships & a case study of Poland Economy. I was awarded the best Regional Manager Operations Title in addition to the dinner with Top management for regularization of Key Operational Issues. I have been a Prime coordinator from Islamabad for the Alpha Project Implemented by MCB Bank Limited for specialization of work force.I have passed out Graduation from PMA as Appointment Holder. A green Color and a Gold Medal in Sports.
