As a senior engineering manager, I lead technical support for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the Doha Metro network. I oversaw seven departments focusing on system assurance, performance and obsolescence, planning and control, fault control, cybersecurity, CMMS, warehouse management, and BIM. My responsibilities also included establishing an obsolescence strategy and implementing a robust asset management system, enhancing the performance and reliability of the metro network and achieving a 20% reduction in KPI penalties.

A Join venture in which RATPDev holds 49% of shares, Algeria's tramways operator for 3 lines (then): Algiers, Oran, and Constantine.Methods supervisorAs a methods supervisor in the newly founded company, ensuring the transition duties for all maintenance scope on different company sites:• Algiers: taking over the entire maintenance and operations scope from the former operator and preparing the launch of 3.1 and 3.2 line extensions.• Oran: implementing maintenance strategy and plans upon line commercial service commencement.• Constantine: setting-up transition plan prior to delivery for safely operating the line and implementing maintenance strategy.

• Leading the interface with the maintenance partners and suppliers for training, spares procurement, and technical services.• Managing outsourced maintenance contracts for the main subcontractor CITAL-IF: a joint venture in which Alstom holds 49% of shares, present in all tramway lines, responsible for maintaining tramway’s infrastructures with a particular contract for each of the 3 lines; outsourced maintenance covers: - High Voltage Systems: power supply, power conversion, power distribution (traction and auxiliary), and catenary, - Low Current Systems: SCADA, CCTV, PA, PIS, ATS, TETRA, Telephony, and Multiservice network.• Conducting expertise assignments for technical lots: rail, civil work, and warrantee related subjects.• Preparing, configuring, and deploying the CMMS software on the company’s different sites (300K asset/ 4 sites),• Training users, managing accesses, and providing demos,• Developing and implementing maintenance processes, technical database, job plans, rosters, procurement and inventory management and specific O&M features.
