• Managing the entire recruitment process, from obtaining approvals for job requisitions to formulating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting phone and virtual screenings, administering pre-employment tests, scheduling interviews with managers and department heads, and extending job offers to selected candidates• Sourcing candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, company career page, boolean search, recruitment database, direct sourcing, and employee referrals• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings• Recruiting candidates for multiple Business Units (offshore teams) such as Talent Acquisition (US recruitment domain) Finance & Accounting Services (US domain), Monily, Precision Hub (US healthcare medical billing domain) and Shared Services• Using metrics to report hiring and attrition data on quarterly basis• Conducting probation evaluation meeting of probationary employees with managers• Preparing multiple letters such as offer letter for selected employees, contract letter for newly joined employees, confirmation letter for permanent employees, and appraisal letters• Resolving queries of employees regarding attendance discrepancies and leaves• Finalizing monthly attendance of employees on the HCMS portal after thorough review• Assessing OPD claims on a monthly basis and sharing details with Corporate Finance for reimbursement• Handling EOBI data on a monthly basis and generating voucher on the EOBI portal for payment• Creating profile of new employees on the HCMS portal and sharing login credentials on time• Providing orientation to new employees and conducting Employee Self Service (ESS) portal training• Sending onboarding documents to new employees via DocuSign• Conducting exit interview of employees and handling post-offboarding activities• Sharing details of full and final settlement with Finance after getting clearance from Operations, IT, and Admin

• Reviewing and adjusting the benefits plan, programs, and policies as needed• Calculating monthly attrition and preparing reports• Verifying educational documents of active employees• Generating RFID card request for new users• Resolving queries of users regarding attendance and leaves• Assisting in finalizing monthly attendance
