- PID and PFD study and check, logic and interlocks study and check, DCS graphics design, valves strock test, interlock check,....-Preform all activities by DCS for reforming loop (start up, shut down, normal runing and handling emgencies),-Perform all actitvities by DCS for carbon dioxide removal section (start up, shut down, normal runing and handling emergencies),-Perform all activities by DCS for synthesis and refregeration sections (start up, shut down, normal runing and handling emergencies).

I participate in all actitvities of precommissioning and commissioning of ammoni plant (300t/day)/- Walk down full the plant,-Precommissioning and commissioning of two ammonia spherical tanks,-Air blowing for all plant lines. water flushing for cooling water, demineralized water. Lub oil flushing for air and synthesis and ammonia compressor,- Steam blowing,- Chemical washing and passivation for high pressure steam system (steam drum, waste heat boilers, boiler feed water preheaters),- Catalyst loading, catalyst activation for LTS (low shift converter) and converter,-Refractories dry out.

Perform all ammonia operations through DCS;- Activation of catalysts of the following reactors; Hydrogenator, absorbers, primary reformer, secondary reformer, High temperature shift converter, low temperature shift converter, methanator and ammonia converter,- Introduce reagents to previous reactors,- Control of pressure, temperature, flows and chemical composition upstream and down stream reactors,- Ensure the start up, shut down and normal running of reactors as per vendor procedures,- Ensure the start up, shut down and normal running of CO2 removal section as per vendor procedures,- Ensure the start up, shut down and normal running of syngas compressor, refrigeration compressor ( condensing turbine driver), air compressor and natural gas compressor ( back pressure turbine driver) as per vendor procedure,- Control of ammonia synthsis loop and refregeration,- Preparation and control of bowling feed water and steam system ( High, medium and low pressure steam).

Precommissioning and commissioning of one ammonia unit (2000 t/day, Haldor Topsoe technology).- Steam and air blowing, oil flushing, - Commissioning and start up of equipment: boiler (150 t/hour, 115 kg/cm2, 515 °C), chemical cleaning, passivation and performance testss.- Back pressure turbines condensing turbines precommissioning and Commissioning,- Centrifuge pumps, reciprocating and centrifuge compressors…- Catalyst loading (Hydrogenator, absorbers, primary reformer, secondary reformer, high temperature shift converter, low temperature shift converter, methanator and converter),- Catalyst activation of (Hydrogenator, absorbers, primary reformer, secondary reformer, high temperature shift converter, low temperature shift converter, methanator and converter),- Purging and pressurizing of reactors, vessels and compressors,- Ammonia receiving in ammonia refrigeration loop.
