I was admitted as an advocate of the Supreme Court of South Africa. Under the guidance of two Masters, one of whom was a Silk or Senior Counselor I completed my practical training as an advocate. I wrote and passed the Bar exam and was offered an opportunity to take up chambers in Pretoria. However, due to my previous commitment to Coopers and Lybrand (Now PWC) I declined the invitation.
