I am responsible for the financial reconciliation of all money inflows to company accounts. I built QlikSense apps to identify and surface exceptions daily. Once identified, I lead the investigations to find the exact source of errors using direct database SQL and other tools as necessary. I liaise with partners as well as internal technical team members to problem-solve and correct issues.My responsibilities also include monthly financial and quarterly policy movement reporting to external parties such as underwriters and reinsurers, as well as additional ad-hoc investigative reporting as requested from stakeholders.

I analyse performance data to develop pre-season business plans and strategy, sales forecasting, store planning, promotional planning, price planning, gross profit planning, inflow planning, in-season stock management, markdown management and oversee distributions while employing a holistic view of the supply chain.
