- Participating in Group Companies' risk assessment process to help determine yearly audit plan,- Conducting and leading financial, tax, operational and regulatory audits as well as fraud investigations of Anadolu Group Companies (Efes, Coca-Cola, Isuzu, Adel Kalemcilik etc.) which operates in different sectors such as beer, soft drink, retail, agriculture, automotive, stationery, quick service restaurant, energy, and real estate.- Coaching and guiding a team of auditors and help them prioritize work requirements,- Assuring BOD and senior management for effectiveness and the control of the business operations,-Working on special projects including benchmark, investment analysis as requested by BOD or senior management,- Planning, performing, and reporting internal audit engagements from beginning to end, often managing multiple projects at once,- Developing and maintaining a quality control system that continuously ensures that norms and standards of the professional associations are complied with,- Interpreting the significance of audit findings, conclude on findings and make practical recommendations,- Preparing audit reports, executive summaries, and presentations both in English and Turkish and presenting them to senior management and BOD,- Communicating with process owners effectively on the importance of controls, an effective control environment, and the role of Internal Auditor,- Taking a role in ISO 9001 Quality Management certification of our audit department.

- Auditing and reporting of full certification service described in Turkish Tax Regulations - Performing and managing tax and accounting compliance audit projects- Identifying and prioritizing key risks and assisting with controls, monitoring and remediation- Providing consultancy services related to "Corporate Tax", ,"Income Tax", "VAT", "Stamp Duty", accounting issues and "Tax incentives in Turkey for investments" to national and multinational companies- Building strong compliance and reporting foundations and sustainable tax strategies - Consultancy on tax legislations, writing of special CPA/SPA report
