• Install desktop OS and Applications as per requirement and add or remove accessories, devices and configuration of PCs. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop incidents.• Setup user accounts in Active Directory and granting permissions. Setup of Group Policies, Users, and Permission for shared folders / drives etc. Responding to customer requests for help through Summit Tool ticketing systems.• Responsible for Reports Generation to track assets, backup activities, and software & hardware installations.• Install & configure OS, Outlook based on SOP and fix physical connectivity issues of LAN & peripherals.• IT administration functions activities like User account management, Backup and restoration, Audit Trail Review, Time synchronization and implementing IT Security Policies in Laboratary and Manufacturing Systems• Preventive maintenance of IPCs and Instrument attached PCs• Monitoring and verifying of Daily/Monthly/Yearly Backups in ALN and NetBackup.• Daily document management related to above activities.
