• Under the direction of the TC, responsible for updating the Capacity Development Needs Assessments (CDNAs) in Cambodia in collaboration with staff in RECOFTC’s CDTS unit and relevant national stakeholders and experts;
• Support the CCP team in the development of concept notes and project proposals for CCP implementation, particularly focusing on training provision;
• Support, and sometimes take overall responsibility for, the coordination, development and delivery (i.e. course content, material preparation and delivery, session plans, reporting, training budget, etc.) of RECOFTC.
• In collaboration with CPC and other CCP and other stakeholders, select the participants for the Training of Trainers (ToT);
• In collaboration with CCP and RECOFTC CDTS colleagues, source appropriate experienced trainers and materials for the training and learning events including the drafting of Terms of Reference (ToRs) for trainers;
• Assist in the development, adaptation, documentation and translation of appropriate training/learning materials, including training manuals and case studies for training activities;
