Konkan Railway Business Operations are fully dependent on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) setup of KRCL, since its inception, which helps it remain lean, efficient and using less paper. So the main role of work was to replace the traditional File system into E-office, a step towards digital transformation and speedy clearances. The digitization of files and data was done in USBRL (Udhampur-Srinagar-Banihal Rail Link) Project going on under the Northern Railway. Along with the Digitization Process, the key was to extract all the previous 10-15 years data from the records of the Finance Department of Northern Railway Jammu and load them into the software designed
