I am currently the sole web developer at Varsity Facility Services. During my time at Nuvek, a subsidiary of Varsity, I developed Varsity's current Intranet. My departure from Nuvek prompted Varsity to hire me as part of their corporate staff to not only continue development on the Intranet, but to build the Knowledge Center (Varsity's online P&P manual and collaboration tool), as well as other online applications, such as the internal ordering system. I'm currently a member of the marketing team and one of my most recent major projects was the creation of the new public website: http://www.varsityfs.com. I've also done development on Salesforce for Varsity.

I began my development career at Nuvek (New World Software at that time). When I started I knew how to make simple static web pages using HTML/CSS/JS. I learned PHP/MySQL my first 2 weeks there. Over the course of 7 years I honed skills in all facets of web development; from backend coding: framework design, oop techniques, design patterns, query optimization, database construction; to front end coding: javascript libraries, ajax, cross-browser solutions, css mastery, photoshop. I was part of the development team for every major project including, Alumsys and Vektr. I eventually became the lead developer on custom web projects, which included development of Varsity Facility Service's V-System Intranet.
