I led transformation projects regarding supply chain planning processes in Foods & Beverages industry. I was responsible for quality of delivery and project timing. I was involved in the following projects, increasing my responsibilities: (Barilla, Italy). Short-term planning business process re-engineering project. I was involved in re-engineering of production and distribution planning processes using SAP APO integrated with SAP R/3 modules.(Barilla, Italy). Mid-term planning business process re-engineering project. I defined a mid-term production network optimization process and I modeled the optimization cost structure. The project has been aimed to implement a cutting edge planning optimization tool, requiring complexity and change management. (Barilla, Chicago, IL USA). Assessment and detail design of SCP processes for Barilla USA. Responsible for implementation of SAP APO PPDS and SNP modules for: transportation planning, distribution planning, production planning and scheduling. I implemented several SNP planning books and I customized PP/DS planning table in order to generate the production plan; I also identified the best heuristic to calculate automatically the short-term production plan. I’ve been head of a team of two resources.(Barilla, Italy). Budget process re-engineering project, improving the process, increasing the detail of analysis and compatibility with foreign countries.(Harry’s, France). Assessment of demand planning process and design of an improved process exploiting SAP APO DP functionalities. I’ve managed the implementation project, coping with strong timing constraints, assuring high quality levels. I’ve been head of a team of three resources. (Harry’s, France).
