• Managing and implementing all activities throughout relevant project cycles (i.e. project design, start-up, implementation and close-out) to ensure efficient and effective implementation in line with CRS Program.
• Providing technical advice and support to a range of program design and implementation.
• Ensuring that all Project Teams and Partner Staff use the appropriate systems and tools.
• Champion learning with Project Staff and Partner Teams.
• ⁠Analyzing and evaluating project performance data following MEAL policy.

• Conducting regular field visits and monitoring project implementation process
• Project finance structuring
• Developing and oversee project workplans, spending plans and procurement plans Oversee the project’s financial management
• Working with local partners, Capacity building
• Participating in the project tools design process

• Ensuring efficient data transmission and archiving for future reference
• Undertaking regular M&E field visits
• Conducting M&E related data collection and analysis
• Implementing all helpline operating procedures and referring all cases to the appropriate manager according to those procedures
• Offering Psychological First Aid
• Tracking referrals through collecting, tracking, and following up on beneficiary feedback using the referral tools and database
