The following tasks are being implemented across EMECA Region (Europe, Middle East and Central Asia):•Managing and implementing all activities throughout relevant project cycles (i.e. project design, start-up, implementation and close-out) to ensure efficient and effective implementation in line with CRS Program Quality Principles and Standards, Donor requirements, and good practices. •Providing technical advice and support to a range of program design and implementation.•Ensuring that all Project Teams and Partner Staff use the appropriate systems and tools.•Champion learning with Project Staff and Partner Teams.•⁠Analyzing and evaluating project performance data following MEAL policy.•⁠Proactively identifying issues and concerns and using participatory processes to overcome implementation obstacles.•Acting as a key resource person in project design and proposal development in respective programming area, gap-filling and taking on growth responsibilities, as needed.•Coordinating the identification of staff capacity and technical assistance needs of partner organizations and capacity strengthening and required interventions to support quality project implementation.•Monitoring and reporting any challenges and/or gaps identified to inform adjustments to plans and implementation schedules.•Assisting Partners in their efforts to reflect on project experiences•Supporting accountability through coordinating project evaluation activities and assisting Partners in their efforts to collect and analyze project data per specified mechanisms and tools.•Collecting information on staff capacity needs and technical assistance needs of partner organizations and monitoring capacity building and technical support activities to ensure effective impact.•Monitoring and supporting the management of financial resources through planning and oversight to ensure efficient use of project resources.

• Ensuring efficient data transmission and archiving for future reference• Undertaking regular M&E field visits• Conducting M&E related data collection and analysis• Implementing all helpline operating procedures and referring all cases to the appropriate manager according to those procedures• Offering Psychological First Aid• Tracking referrals through collecting, tracking, and following up on beneficiary feedback using the referral tools and database• Conducting phone survey
