I am a fitness professional with a diploma in Engineering from Westminster Kingsway College. I have worked as an exercise specialist at Westfield Health, a fitness instructor and personal trainer at PureGym, and a membercare assistant at Bannatyne Fitness Limited. My core competencies include personal training, fitness, and corrective exercise.In my recent roles, I have delivered high-quality classes, maintained and grown my own personal training business, and supported the health and wellbeing of the members. I have used my engineering skills to design and implement effective and safe exercise programs, to analyze and optimize the performance and efficiency of the equipment and facilities, and to solve problems and troubleshoot issues.
