With regard to the investments injected in innovative projects, the question of « impacts » comes to mind at a performance and an efficiency decision making level. The work conducted in this position provides a revolutionary way of analyzing this question at an establishment level. Thanks to this new method, not only does the University of Strasbourg now possess the groundwork for impacts' evaluations, but also for data-driven decision making.
