Doing a domain analysis on cancer registries from America, Europe, and Asia. Retrieving a dataset based on which cancer registry is modeled. Making a general model framework which any cancer registry can use to model their registries according to their specification and needs. Using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Object Constraint Language (OCL) for implementing constraints in the form of preconditions, postconditions in design phase.Converting medical rules (which were used for storing cancer information in cancer registries) into OCL expressions for evaluating each medical rule based on the software engineering principles of completeness, conformance, and correctness.

The internship includes server and client-side installation using Linux OS. Running different datasets by distributing work load on several machines. Amazon Web Services free tire version was also used to analyze using Hadoop.

Blood Bank implements an efficient and intelligent process for automating blood donation and acceptance. It’s an amalgam of a website and a webserver with integrated GSM, GPS modules. Users both registered and unregistered can make blood requests from their mobile phones (via SMS) and system based on donor lists will contact Blood group members and will notify the request person who is willing to donate. Blood donation in emergency situations always have been an epitome of an issues for person in need. Reason in quite simple; on average it takes over 300 messages to different people before someone gets lucky to reach a donor with required blood group.
