Highlight: Architect Team Captain Development Stages.Key Responsibilities: Issuing Tender document after Client approval, review and answer all the questions from the contractors and tender circulars, updating tender documents and issue the final Tender document. Value engineering measures during & after design. I was responsible for develop the Architectural design drawings which had DC1 approval from municipality, and to coordinate with all disciplines, with all services and prepare the final tender drawings, Architectural, structural and MEP drawings with the specification and bill of quantity, full sit for DC2 approval to get the municipality and civil defense and KAHRAMA approval.. Coordinate with the site supervision group for any modification or requirements from the client, answering RFIs, and monitoring the construction work to be sure that the quality of the submittals meets the project specification. Coordination between all disciplines Engineers to proceed with the coordination drawings accordingly.
