• Coordinate the collection, dissemination and explanation of information on a variety of subjectsconcerning services available to the IDPs, awareness about their rights and other subjectsestablished by local authorities, UNHCR and Un Ponte per;• Supervise the team of data collectors under its responsibility comply with times and dutiesregarding the collection of data and report who is not attending her/his duties or do not do itaccording to the system established by local authorities, UNHCR ad Un Ponte per;• Submit daily report to the Community Mobilization Coordinator;• Share data with the M&E officer on daily basis;• Support the implementation of the orientation Component of the project as required by theCommunity Mobilization Coordinator and the PM• Prepare and realize, together with the Community Mobilization Coordinator, the presentation ofthe project to the community beneficiaries and local staff• Support the Community Mobilization Coordinator and the PM for the preparation of programs forthe different activities in camps and non-camp areas, and ensure their coherence with the generalproject calendar;• Ensure regular monitoring of project implementation and supervision of progress (assisted bythe Community Mobilization Coordinator, the M&E and the Project Manager);• Support the local staff in developing an efficient strategy of communication ad participation withthe affected communities• Support the local staff in developing activities when needed and help the local staff to identifythe beneficiaries;• Provide guidance and advice to the Community Mobilization Coordinator and the PM for theexecution and implementation of the project activities;• Attend weekly meeting with the local project staff working in camp and non-camp areas andensure the reports and communication, reporting to the Community Mobilization Coordinator andthe PM• Participate in coordination meetings at camp level as necessary with other partners andstakeholders
