As VP of Operations, leadership and workflow management of the order to cash process are key. Improvements in cycle times, reductions in DPMO, and improvements in ROI are critical metrics used to guide incisive assessments of day to day operations, designed to identify areas of opportunity to better those underlying processes by implementing impact measured improvements. Participating in the development of, as well as delivering on, corporate strategic goals via collaboration with other divisions through cooperative cross functional councils on key business areas. The VP of Ops Leads several departments with core roles in the operation of the business through effective communication, open dialog, and genuine participation in the company fabric. Heavy focus on continued staff development, and ensuring people are working in the right roles to deliver the best individual results they can with the maximum benefit to the company.

Director of Support Services, reporting to the CEO, manages the Technical Support, Systems Engineering, Inside Sales, and IT departments. Responsibilities include managing the delivery and execution of pre and post sale technical work, developing work flow processes and implementing tools that reduce effort duplication and streamline efficiency, oversee and streamline project implementation including IT infrastructure improvements as well as 'order to cash' processes. Interpret and develop performance metrics across cumulative departments, as well as cultivate close knit relationships with technology partners to further enhance alliances and technical service delivery.

Systems Engineering Manager, reporting to the VP of Sales, oversees a department responsible for all pre and post sales technical work, including quote generation, field services, server bench-marking, system implementation standards, and management of Salient's YUP program. Responsibilities include, planning and scheduling technical resource delivery, administering various software tools such as Webex, in house quoting systems, and in house reporting tools. Furthermore the Systems Engineering Manger evaluates the effectiveness of these tools and streamlines their utilization for more concise reporting to upper management.

The Systems Engineer is primarily responsible for supporting internal and external customers by providing system design assistance, product information, and technical oversight. Additionally, assists with deployment of technical services to the customer base, including on site systems optimization, system checks and operational load balancing assessments. The Systems Engineer is responsible for generating reports stemming from these visits with recommendations for improvements. Furthermore, the Systems Engineer will conduct Web Ex product/technology demos as needed and may take escalated technical support calls.
