- Supervise and ensure the installation of the new unit of incineration with German company “Michaelis environmental technology Group”- Ensure the start-up of the new unit and - Management of the databases and stock. - Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.- Inspect incinerator furnace and other equipment to detect need for maintenance and repair.- Supervise and ensure the installation of the new unit of incineration with German company “Michaelis environmental technology Group” - Designating tasks to team members on a project- Ensuring that a project runs according to schedule- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.- Planning and running team meetings- Ensure the start-up of the new unit- Inspect incinerator furnace and other equipments to detect need for maintenance and repair.- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts

- Responsible for the rig up and the rig down, maintaining and operating MWD/LWD surface/downhole equipment at the well site for national and multinational clients in oil and gas field in Algeria.- Providing formation evaluations services, wellbore surveying and telemetry services for real time directional drilling operations.- Ensuring correct information to Directional Drillers, such as inclination, azimuth, near-bit inclination, toolfaces… etc.- Generating daily reports/Gamma Ray logs during job and final well report/logs and plots at the end of job.- Ensuring that work is done in accordance to quality system manual and technical procedures and integrating all QHSE requirements in work progress.

- Perform well testing data acquisition and metering field operations.- Master different DAQ softwares.
