- Responsible for converting internal combustion engines into electric motors with in-depth technical knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.- Responsible for designing electric motors, including the mechanical structure of the motor such as the rotor, stator, bearings, and other mechanical components. This involves selecting appropriate materials, physical dimensions, and geometric configurations.- Ensure that the electric motors created meet safety standards and regulations relevant to their application. This includes protection systems against overheating, excessive currents, and other failures.- Responsible for monitoring the performance of electric motors in their operational use by conducting routine maintenance and identifying potential improvements and enhancements.- Capable of servicing 1-5 electric motors in a day by conducting initial testing to pinpoint issues accurately and performing repairs, including replacing damaged parts, cleaning, addressing electrical connections, or resolving mechanical problems.
