AMATI Indonesia is a social entreprise of youth development with problem solving project & design thinking system based on Sustainability. Encouraging Multi-stakeholder collaboration in green economy to improve people welfare based on sustainable development of Indonesia villages through local and youth empowerment. During my role as the Chief Marketing Officer, my experiences are highlighted:● As CMO leader, I was directly involved in conducting interviews with stakeholders, community members, and forest management institutions to identify and analyze challenges in the Research and Development (R&D) of community forest products in Henda Village, Central Kalimantan.● Introduced the potential of Bajakah root to 30 community representatives as part of a R&D initiative, designed and developed a prototype of a Bajakah tea business, created innovative packaging for Bajakah Tea, and assisted in marketing products through various digital media to enhance market reach and consumer engagement.

● Provided material, accompanied and directed 40 FP UB students from introduction, project creation to final exam.● Guided and explained the process of fertilizer analysis including measurement of moisture content, pH, analysis of organic C, total N, nutrients P and K K nutrient analyses.● Explaining the materials, methods, and guiding the process of making liquid organic fertilizer, with a 100% success rate.● Successfully created a good practicum by effective coordination and collaboration with the department, lecturers, other staff, and students, enhancing organizational culture and promoting a collaborative learning environment.

SEAMEO BIOTROP (Southeast Asian Regional Center for Tropical Biology) is a Southeast Asian tropical biology research institute under SEAMEO with a focus on empowering human resources in Southeast Asia. The activities cover research, training, networking, and personnel exchange and information dissemination in tropical biology. SEAMEO BIOTROP aims to contribute to the economic development of the Southeast Asian region by identifying and solving biological problems.During my role as a research assistant in the Tropical biodiversity management division, my experiences are highlighted: ● Responsible for leading cutting-edge research on carbon stock utilizing remote sensing technology and ArcGIS software, achieving an impressive 80% accuracy rate in the analysis and mapping of carbon sequestration.● Employed RbCl primers for DNA barcoding analysis of 6 Invasive Alien Species, ensuring a 98% species identification accuracy, which contributes to effective biodiversity management and conservation strategies.● Investigated the competitive interactions between weed and invasive alien plant species, contributing to a 20% reduction in invasive species proliferation through biological control methods.● Fostered collaborative Research and Development (R&D) efforts by actively engaging with interdisciplinary researchers, enhancing the overall quality and impact of the research projects through innovative methodologies and effective project management strategies.● Identified opportunities for socio-economic development in the field of tropical biology, and taken part in any potential research development programs, national and international forums and socialization activities related to tropical environmental and biological issues in the ASEAN region.

● Designed 5 work programs of the environment, overseeing the selection, training, and performance evaluation of 20 staff, achieving a 97% satisfaction rate. Utilized talent management, leadership development, and performance improvement strategies to ensure staff effectiveness and drive organizational success.● Building great cooperation with internal parties and 10 external parties such as DLH, Trash Hero, and BEM from other faculties and universities, as well as building cooperation with 4 fostered villages.● Successfully conducting reforestation and various environmental care activities and increasing student and community awareness of the environment as shown by increasing volunteer participation in each work program.

● Provided material, accompanied and directed 40 FP UB students from introduction, project creation to final exam.● Guided and explained the process of fertilizer analysis, including measurement of moisture content, pH, analysis of organic C, total N, and nutrients P and K, to 40 FP UB students and 120 students of PSDKU UB Kediri as part of a Research and Development (R&D).● Successfully created a good practicum by effective coordination and collaboration with the department, lecturers, other staff, and students, enhancing organizational culture and promoting a collaborative learning environment.

● Served as legislative media, facilitating student aspirations and are active in 5 DPM FP 2021 work programs with a 98% satisfaction rate, leveraging stakeholder management and communication strategies.● As the event coordinator and responsible for the 3D work program (Discussion with the Dean) by filtering 520+ student aspirations which are categorized and submitted to the Dean.
