• Led the creative department at MMC Catering, a prestigious catering company in Kuwait.• Designed food experiences for royal and high-profile wedding events across the GCC (Kuwait, Qatar, Dubai, KSA, Bahrain).• Conceptualized and produced tablescapes, products, and packaging designs, and procured buffet and tablescape elements (local and imported).• Collaborated with chefs on food styling, sugar work development, and menu engineering.• Created visual communication tools to improve workflow between chefs, stewarding, and the operations team.• Collaborated with wedding designers to align the food experience with the wedding theme, curating the customer journey around the event for a memorable experience.

In charge of the creative department at MMC Catering, a prestigious company in Kuwait, hosting more than 7 restaurants concepts, Lenôtre franchise (Catering and restaurants), and is a consultant for several brands such as Dar Hamad.-In charge of the annual brand calendar, visual merchandising and planograms, social media, event planning, art direction and theme building for Lenôtre brand and Dar Hamad.-Setting customers' journey around the shop/event for a memorable shopper experience.-Product and packages designing.-Supervises directly the performance and training activities of the decoration department and manages packaging and decoration material selection and procurement (Local and imported)-Reviews and analyzes, on an on-going basis, the level of the following: a. After studying the market demand for customized events, a fun idea became to life when two best friends launched Purple Heels events, specialized in Bachelorette parties. Incorporating their BTL in advertising expertise, shifting from brands to people. During the 3 years of operation, Purple Heels planned and executed dozen of corporate events, weddings and light hearted pleasures.
