• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. • Coordinating with Service Delivery Manager & Partner Technical Leads for the smooth operation of business when it comes to escalation & admin reviews. • Following the RACI matrix diligently.• Ensuring that tasks are moving forward as replicated in the Work Breakdown Structure.• Requirement gathering, analysis and validate the requirements of the project stakeholders. • Responsible for the client’s business requirements are captured and documented correctly before the solution is implemented. • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.• Scope management of the project, identifying and identifying Change Requests (CRs) with customers.• Keeping track of all open incidents and work on a daily basis towards closure.• Collaborated with clients, third-party software partners, and internal teams to develop solution enhancements and system interfaces. • Preparation of Fit-Gap Documents to identify gaps in the customer requirements from the standard product features or processes and suggest workarounds, wherever applicable. • Develop testing scenarios and write test scripts.
