I am a Serial entrepreneur and I'm always looking at how I can solve problem that make life easier, and of course, help people to not work. One of my mantras at Imagin8 is "How can I work less, and serve more customers, and at the same time, give those customers a better service?" I ask this question every time I have to do any job. Our customer base has grown exponentially over the last 5 years. We're set for some phenomenal growth in the coming year too. As a lecturer, I have a passion for helping managers and business owners become better at what they do. More effective. More confident. when I meet up with participants some time after they have been in the classroom with me, and they tell me how what I helped them learn has made a difference in their personal and business lives, that, to me, is learning. Not whether you get 90% on an assignment. It's how the learning manifests both inside and outside the workplace. As an entrepreneur I have a record of both successes and failure. I use my experience to help other SME's.
