I am the Owner and Director of Imaginarium, a Photography & Design Studio based in Fitzroy. I provide customised design services and solutions to a variety of clients, ranging from individuals and sole-traders through to large corporations. Depending on my clients' needs, this may involve one or more of the following: After successfully running my own business for the previous 5 years, I am embarking on the next step in my carer journey and returning to university to become a Primary School Teacher. I am currently looking for a part-time customer service or administration role to help me reach my longer term career objectivesI am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard working person. I am a mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations. I am able to work well both in a team environment as well as using own initiative. I administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content, and ensure all social communications are consistent and accurately reflect the client's brand and online persona/tone of voice.• User Experience Design – adopting a user-centered approach to design allowed clients to grasp the concept easily with no prior UX experience. Lastly, reviewing analytics and feedback from end users helps validate the project’s success. • Collaborating with clients to develop Brand Style Guides with emphasis on colour theory guidelines demonstrated how to use colours to create emotional interactions, whilst the development of customer personas allowed many clients to get a clearer understanding of their different customer segments and their goals and desires.
