Hi! My name's Andrei and I've been involved in the web3 space since November 2021. First I joined as a crypto investor, then switched to NFTs in February 2022 when the market started to crash. I spent my time researching projects, learning about the technology and ways to use it, building a network and having a good time. Soon enough, it turned into one of the biggest passions that I've ever had. I decided that this is where I want to spend all my time in. I defined my long term goals and got to work even more than before. After my first mod experience in FuggleVille, I joined the team at AlphaBlocks. Here I dedicated most of my time to the successful launch of this project. I spent hours learning new things and then sharing them with the community, hosting events, building those relationships, making calls and getting collabs. My main skills are relationship building, critical thinking and leadership. I have 4 years of experience working in a web2 software company. I have been a java developer for 3 years and for the last one, I have been working as a product owner, leading a team of 10 developers and testers. I still work full time here for now, until I can sustain myself only from my web3 positions.
