I worked as a supervisor at my home store in Hollywood with duties including: running break schedules, delegating tasks to team members (15-20/shift), addressing guest complaints, assigning positions, counting down registers, ordering petty cash, keeping labor cost low, & ordering new products weekly.As a grand opening trainer, my tasks included: traveling to stores that are new 1–2 weeks before grand opening and training new staff. I taught them all of the Dayton day operations such as how to use the POS system, how to modify orders, menu knowledge, where items belong in the store, how to make the lemonade or tea, and break laws (depending on the state I was in). I also stayed 1-2 weeks after the grand opening to demonstrate and teach everything with actual guests present.
