Oversseing production process and drawing up a production schedule. Ensuring that the production is cost effective and produced on time of good quality. Reviewing the performance of subordinates and coaching them as per food hygiene and HACCP implementation. Conducting internal audits as per schedule and making corrective actions to be followed effectively. Incharge for whole documentation of HACCP and record keeping.

Developing and implementing a Quality management system in accordance with HACCP and ISO quality requirements for the organization.Scrutinizing, monitoring, verifying CCPs (critical control points) and CPs (control points), maintaining records, validating of the daily work in compliance with municipality regulatory requirements.Resolving quality control issues through regular meetings, imparting training to operators and labours on food safety programme on mothly basis.Performing quality control assay, determining microbiological and chemical analysis of water at regular intervals to record changes in water activity.Ensure good laboratory practices are follwoed.
