• Involved in Inventory, Terminal Engineering and QHSC Audits as per the IAP.• Conducting Process Audits and other process improvements.• Assist the manager in identifying critical risks and providing input on them.• Following up with various functions/departments to address unresolved findings.• Surprise visits at Terminals/ depots for Inventory count/ dip taking.• Carrying out surprise visits to retail outlets for control testing and recommending improvements.• Ensuring compliance with all vendor payments and reporting them to the Audit Committee.• Participating in weekly Audit Committee meetings to discuss work status and submitting the minutes of the meetings.

• Prepare the Quarterly Financial Statements as per IAS’s and IFRS.• Prepare the Quarterly FS as per SBP Rules (Specific format) and reports them on weekly, bi-monthly and monthly basis.• Prepare the various reports of Sale and Purchase data, inward and outward remittances data.• Co-ordinate with the tax consultants regarding Income and sales tax matters.• Co-ordinate with the Statutory Auditors regarding Annual Audits.• Review the Bank Reconciliation Statements and reconcile any identified variances.• Review monthly payroll sheet and reconcile it with the system generated report.

• Review and finalization of assurance engagements in accordance with International Auditing Standards (ISA’s)• Assisting clients in preparation of financial statements in accordance with the AFRS including compliance with IFRS, local laws and directives of regulatory authorities (ICAP, SECP & SBP).• Planning engagements based on a thorough understanding of the entity and its environment, along with an assessment of business and related audit risks.• Coordination with the team manager to define the extent of planned audit procedures and to update on the progress of the assurance engagement.• Maintained communication with clients throughout the auditing process.• Consistently met stringent deadlines, exceeded performance expectations and acted as a team leader responsible for assigning, reviewing tasks assigned to team members and building goof relationships with audit clients.• Identified management control weaknesses during the field work and provided value added suggestions for remediations to those charged with Governance.• Prepared working papers of various balance sheet and P&L items in Audit Software (CCH Audit Automation) for planning and execution of field work.
