With a Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Information Technology and a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, I am a passionate and proficient Data Analyst who can leverage various platforms and tools to provide effective data analysis for diverse business needs. I have experience in using SQL, Sheets, Excel, Tableau, and R Programming to collect, clean, process, visualize, and communicate data insights to various stakeholders.Currently, I work as an Agent E-Care at PT. INFOMEDIA NUSANTARA, where I manage customer complaints through social media, generate detailed escalation reports and documentation, and develop a deep understanding of Telkomsel products.
