After a year of hard work in the marketing department, Imam was successful in landing the position of Vice President of Operations. His responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and delegating all administrative tasks relating to EDA. Imam hosts weekly meetings with the operations team to get ready for upcoming events in the school year. He also works with the Co-Presidents and other Vice-Presidents directly for planning, organizing, and managing events.

Imam was selected to be a marketing executive at one of the biggest student-run clubs at York University. He spends his time at EDA creating and advertising monthly events and seminars with an amazing team. He also focuses on maintaining, creating, and designing posts on all of EDA's social media while also researching different marketing strategy's to promote all events.

Imam spent his summer working as a software sales intern at a startup company in downtown Toronto. He was responsible to manage the complete sales cycle process of clients, including prospecting, initial sales calls, evaluation, software demonstration, and closing of the sale. While under very high-pressure Imam was the lead sales representative at Andie breaking multiple sales records with the most clients onboarded bringing in 70% of total sales in the summer.

Imam works with a diverse and hard-working team at the front line of TD. He uses many skills in this job like problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. Imam works with customers daily solving new problems in every transaction. He navigates in a fast-paced environment dealing with large sums of cash for high-value clients leaving no room for error. Imam has weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals that he works on achieving every day to ensure that he creates a positive impact.

Imam was an inside sales coordinator, his role consisted of creating leads through daily calls, follow-ups, and meetings with first time home buyers. He also spent time creating marketing ads for the realtor's while managing all social media platforms ensuring an active online presence.

This role included actively seeking sales and handling complaints to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Imam collaborated with a dynamic team to present a welcoming atmosphere to guests in order to facilitate the hospitable reputation Adidas offers. He also managed multiple customer requests while under pressure during peak hours of the day.

Imam joined the Steve Madden team as a sales representative in his summer off of school. His tasks included ensuring all customers are satisfied when buying shoes while also organizing, tagging, and stocking different products. Imam adapted to a fast-paced work environment, learning how to work well under pressure which is what assisted him in his next job breaking multiple sales records.
