• Tool design, assembly, manufacturing processing, cost estimating, systems planning, layout, standards, releasing, and requires the coordination of all disciplines• Ensuring optimum utilization of equipment and space by coordinating the layout of areas such as storage areas, test equipment• Ensure applicable product quality, product safety, and workplace environmental, health and safety (EH&S) requirements are met• Provide daily supervision and support of employees in the respective theirs work• Perform near miss and accident investigations• Maintain daily / weekly /monthly production reports• Inspect waste oil storage areas • Direct Machine Operators and support personnel in compliance with daily work schedule• Insure all direct reports are in compliance with all current safety regulations

• Coordinates all day-to-day operational and support activities of the shop, ensures that work production meets established objectives, specifications, and standards, and that all applicable operating policies and procedures are adhered to.• Provides technical guidance, expertise and leadership.• Produces custom tooling and fixture design as needed for complex prototypes.• Leads and conducts the review, planning, development and implementation of department wide safety program.• Operates standard and specialized equipment, surface grinder, and measuring tools to produce parts.• Consults with engineers and other personnel regarding product information such as design, capacity and purpose, and types of materials to be used for fabrication.• May supervise the work of employees engaged in shop production and production support activities.• Maintains current knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems.

Operate conventional turning, Shaper and Vertical milling machine to fabricate spare parts which used to supporting cocunut oil factory.
