Responsible Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.Contacting key account customers for open contract expiry and pushing them to renew contract.Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.Excellent communication and writing skills.Proficient with computer literate such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.Responsible for other duties as assigned.Liaison on a daily basis with a major Key Account.Coordinating with internal and external parties to plan delivery.Coordinating between customer and driver till it reaches to customer end.
