In this role I am responsible for various tasks; I am responsible for calculating bonus for the company, producing rebate accruals, writing journals, and distributing profitability and management information. I was also responsible for maintaining excel queries and the intercompany sales ledger.Other duties include; general financial administration work, such as reconciling invoices, producing P11Ds and resolving branch queries.

My main role is to record and update the budgets, this involves reviewing invoices, reviewing submitted invoices and reconciling them with the approval list. I would also approve invoices and cost tracks them to individual projects. I would issue invoices and chase them, if they were outstanding.Other duties include general financial and administration work such as ordering stationery, issuing post, completing journals, end of month accounts and reconciliation of invoices in and out.
