Human Capital Trainee is a Management Trainee program by Astra International which focused on developing HC Professional for its holding and Affiliated Companies. Selected as 1 of 18 trainees from 30.000+ applicants (0.06% acceptance rate). This program consists of three phases, In Class Training, On the Job Training I, and On the Job Training II.In the first phase of the program, I participated in a thorough 2-month in-class training program centered on understanding the details of Human Capital. The program covered the main aspects of Human Capital at Astra, such as Culture & Change Management, Organization Development, Recruitment & Branding, People Development, Performance & Reward, and Industrial Relations.In the second phase of the Human Capital Trainee program, I was assigned to the PT Serasi Auto Raya as People Development and Performance Management Analyst in an extensive 4 months OJT program.At SERA, I was responsible for:• Monitoring IDP submission and implementation in SERA Head Office• Monitoring PK midyear across SERA Group• Review technincal competency dictionary and matrix for SERA's fleet management division• Develop technical competency assessment for SERA's fleet management division• Conducted end-to-end training process (ADDIE) for non-technical competency among analyst in SERA GroupIn the third phase of the Human Capital Trainee program, I was assigned as Driver Development and Recruitment Officer at PT Mobilitas Digital Indonesia in an extensive 5 months OJT program.As a Driver Development and Recruitment Officer, i was responsible for:• Mapped Operational and Driver Management Division business process • Reviewed driver termination SOP• Monitor, evaluate, and reporting driver performance to MODA customer• Conduct safety driving and MODA Driver app training for driver• Supporting MODA Toyota Production System (Milkrun) logistics scheme• Design and develop driver self learning management system

• Conducted a thorough review of service excellent, benchmarking against industry standards to understand areas for improvement.• Collected feedback from employees through surveys and interviews, pinpointing their expectations regarding HR service delivery and communication.• Analyzed the data to identify patterns and areas where service excellence could be enhanced, leading to actionable recommendations.• Collaborated with HR team members to propose and implement streamlined processes and improvements aimed at elevating service quality.
